OVERSEA ORDER Refund Policy:
We want you to be delighted with your purchase!
However, if you change your mind, you can cancel your order before it's prepared, or follow the rules below for orders that have already been received.
Step 1: Please return the item in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, and unused, and inside a protective box if provided.
* Return Conditions:
All goods must be returned in the SAME PARCEL using the original delivery service (DHL) with the SAME TAG and SAME BAGS as same as we sent.
Jewellery must be returned with all branded packaging.
Step 2: Please notice to our CS team about the date you received it, your name, your order number, and the DHL waybill number you received via CS email when you enclose the item to be returned. We will help you proceed on weekdays, excluding weekends (Business days).
Step 3: We will send you a return invoice DHL via email that you can confirm with DHL, then you can set the pickup date and time. Please note that the deliverer pickup may be flexible and only available with local DHL.
Step 4: Once the deliverer picks up and verifies the returned product in our Korea office , we will process the refund.
*Notice:
• Simple change of mind - within 14 business days after receiving the courier
• Defective product - within 5 business days after receiving the courier
• Please email a photo confirming the date of receipt - within 2 business days after receiving the courier.
*If there's no defect in the product, all returns are classified as a simple change of mind, and the customer will bear all costs related to the return, including import duties, shipping costs to Korea, etc.
*Sale and promotional items are non-refundable.
*MINJUKIM reserves the right to reject any returns that don't comply with the return policy above. Rejected items will be returned to the original shipping address without any refund. To avoid this, please contact our MINJUKIM CS team for help with any concerns about returning items.
Exchange Policy:
MINJUKIM doesn't offer direct exchanges. Please return first the item for a full refund and then place a new order for the desired item(s) as soon as possible after our confirm your order’s return. Exchange products follow the same return policy as simple change of mind, and all costs related to shipping, import/export duties, etc., will be borne by the customer.

If you select a Delivery At Place (DAP) destination, the price you pay at checkout won't include import duties and sales taxes.
